Adam D’Acierno has been working in group benefits since 2012 and group retirement plans since 2014. He leads the firm’s innovative approach to plan design, investment advisory, and participant services for businesses looking to leverage tax incentives while helping themselves and their employees save for retirement. He specializes in helping business owners identify their individual needs that define success and implement strategies to accomplish those goals. Adam is passionate about helping businesses achieve their missions and at the same time, take care of their workforce. With the belief that every business and every need is unique, he approaches each new relationship with the same question, “How can we help?”.
Adam is a fan of best practices and adheres to proven processes backed by case precedence upheld in a court of law through the teachings of fiduciary industry experts. He enjoys constantly learning and continuing his education to further provide expertise to his clients and community. Adam holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses and is also a credentialed Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator, and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and previously served as President for the WilcoHR chapter which serves businesses and their HR professionals in North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown and surrounding areas.
Adam is a local Austinite and enjoys spending as much time as he can in the outdoors with his wife and black lab; a team over a decade in the making. He is an avid gardener, hunter, chef and life-long learner.
